1. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is generally made in advance. Currently, the only payment method is bank transfer.

2. Custom-made items are categorically non-returnable . This does not apply to claims due to manufacturing defects.

3. The option to add additional products after payment has been completed during an ongoing order is available, but this incurs additional costs and will be invoiced separately.

4. Repairs within reasonable limits, resulting from normal wear and tear or without customer intervention, are included in the purchase price. The customer only bears the shipping costs. The same applies to alterations within a range of plus/minus 2 cm (particularly complex alterations may incur additional costs).
   Repairs for damage caused by the customer's willful negligence will be accepted, but are subject to a charge. This includes, for example: using a show costume for stunts, machine washing on incorrect settings, cleaning errors, etc.

5. Design drafts are intended solely for company use. Unauthorized reproduction, uploading to websites without prior agreement, use in AI-generated image creation, etc., is prohibited. Image rights can be acquired separately upon request.

6. Customers can request one revision per design; all further revisions incur additional costs. Change requests beyond minor details cannot be considered after the customer has approved the design and do not constitute grounds for a complaint or refund.

7. Participation in any competitions that require a self-made costume is prohibited with comissioned costumes. The same applies to any claims that a purchased costume is a self-made creation by the customer. Such claims will result in immediate removal from the customer list.

8. Mentioning/tagging Holoserica Costumes on social media when sharing photos of the costume is not mandatory, but very much appreciated. A special discount may be offered upon request for granting usage rights to photos of the finished costume (e.g., for use on a company website, portfolio, etc.).

9. The use of Holoserica Costumes' costumes for offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content is prohibited. This also applies to content that, while legally protected by freedom of speech, violates the company's values. Failure to comply with this condition will result in immediate removal from the customer list. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

10. Repeatedly missed payments will result in exclusion from the customer list.

11. The owner reserves the right to refuse orders without further elaboration on reasons.

12. Should a breach of the contract terms be discovered during an ongoing order, delivery of the product may be refused. In this case, the material costs and the invoiced costs for services rendered up to that point will be retained.

13. The commercial resale of costumes is generally not permitted.

 

In order to accept an order, it is mandatory to agree to these terms and conditions in writing.
