This was a private commission from 2020.
This is a replica of the outfit the character Darth Maul wears in the film Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, sans coat.
Made to be as screen accurate as possible, this custom-patterned outfit consists of a wool inner tunic, an outer tunic made of worn bourette silk, a shawl tabard made of the same material, and cotton muslin pants, with the tunics being fully lined and partially interlined.

The fabric has been carefully washed and dyed to achieve the worn look seen on screen. The sleeves are a single, carefully pleated piece each.
The belt was NOT part of the commission and was provided by the client.
The sewing patterns were drafted from scratch to fit the client's measurements.
