This is a replica of the character Springtrap from the indie horror video game Five Nights at Freddy's 3.
The suit is made entirely of EVA foam, with heavily distressed polyester fleece fabric glued on top. Additional weathering was done with an airbrush and fake blood.
The ears move independently thanks to springs, the jaw can be opened (like the in-game model), and the eyes glow thanks to LEDs.
